Ayina Think Tank

Ayina Think Tank is a Pan-African social enterprise, research laboratory, and leadership development institute based in Kigali, Rwanda. Founded by social entrepreneur Brother Damien Mouzoun, the center focuses heavily on holistic education, stating that educating the mind without educating the heart is incomplete. Grounded in the philosophy that Africa's future rests on its own people, the organization works to amplify human stories and build a new wave of progressive, servant leaders. The institute translates its vision into practice through a diverse mix of youth mentoring, educational training, and specialized corporate advisory services. It features interactive holiday mentoring programs for teenagers that emphasize 21st-century skills, community project-based learning, and global languages like French, English, and Kiswahili. Beyond academic and student counseling, Ayina Think Tank also accommodates organizations and families by arranging team-building events, leadership consultations, investment advisory, and intellectual tourism retreats designed around real-life skill application.
