Cameroon Economic Policy Institute (CEPI)

The Cameroon Economic Policy Institute (CEPI) is an independent think tank operating under the Henri Kouam Foundation. Headquartered in Yaoundé, the institute is dedicated to accelerating economic development in Cameroon and the broader Central African sub-region. It achieves this by producing rigorous, evidence-based policy research and public advocacy centered around open trade, free enterprise, strong property rights, and limited, pro-market government regulation. Its localized policy briefs primarily focus on four main domains: Monetary & Fiscal Policy, Business & Technology, Agriculture & Trade, and Education Policy.
