The overall aim of the Forum is to provide a widely accessible and informative media for the regular regional and international exchange of pertinent ideas, issues, speeches, experiences, new developments and sound or best practice. Within this context, these guidelines are designed to: Inform stakeholders of the legal and institutional framework within which the Forum is published and disseminated; Provide editorial policy guidelines that set the required quality standards for the Forum; and, Lay down procedures for the sourcing and submission of contributions.
